Privacy Policy

Dresslore is a social wardrobe app created by Sansavision. The data controller is Sansa Group AB. Private closet use on this iPhone does not require an account. This policy explains what stays on the device, what optional services you can turn on, and what we never do.

Privacy at a glance

Local firstStyle DNA, wardrobe imagery, outfits, and wear history stay on this iPhone unless you sync or publish.
No account to dressPrivate paid use works without creating a Dresslore account.
No sale or adsWe do not sell personal data, run ads, or build advertising profiles.
Export and deletionYou can export and delete from the app. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

What stays on your phone

Inspiration, Style DNA, wardrobe items, outfits, calendar, and wear logs live in a local SQLite database. On iPhone, Apple Data Protection protects those files while the device is locked. We do not send wardrobe images to analytics vendors.

Optional account and cloud services

An account is required only for cloud sync, recovery, public or follower-only sharing, following, reactions, and cloning public wardrobes. Sign-in uses a magic link or a six-digit code. There is no password. We store the email you provide so we can authenticate you.

Sign-in security information

When a sign-in succeeds, we store the sign-in time, IP address, device or browser information, and an approximate city, region, country, and timezone supplied by Cloudflare from the network connection. We do not use iPhone GPS. Precise coordinates and Cloudflare data-centre identifiers are not retained. Sessions normally expire after 30 days.

To prevent email abuse, sign-in requests are rate limited by hashed network address and hashed recipient email. Sign-in counters reset after 15 minutes.

Purchases

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. We receive transaction and product identifiers and active status so we can restore access. We do not receive full card details.

Photos and camera

Dresslore asks for selected photos or camera only when you add clothes or inspiration. The full photo library is never scanned. Original garment images are kept. Generated replacements are not the default.

Public content

Publishing a wardrobe, outfit, capsule, or Style DNA card is an explicit action. You can hide sizes, prices, brands, purchase dates, wear counts, and body imagery. We strip EXIF and location from public assets. Search indexing of public pages requires a separate consent.

Training

Private wardrobe and inspiration data is used for your personalization only. We do not train global models on private or imported third-party content. Public posting does not imply training consent.

What we do not do

Retention and contact

Local data stays until you delete it or reset the app. Cloud account data is removed when you delete the account, with tombstones only to prevent sync resurrection. Questions: support@sansavision.com.
