Export your closet from You → Privacy and data. Restore purchases from You → Subscription. Report public wardrobes from the creator profile.

Write to support@sansavision.com. Include your Apple ID email if the question is about billing. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. That lives in Apple subscriptions.

Delete cloud data

Signed-in users can delete the remote account in the app, or follow account deletion instructions.
